Wildlife Trust

The South Down Group was formed in the autumn of 1997 for members of the Hampshire Wildlife Trust living in the area of countryside lying between Butser Hill in the north and Portsdown Hill in the south. The area includes Blendworth, Cowplain, Clanfield, Denmead, Hambledon, Horndean, Lovedean, Purbrook, Rowlands Castle, Waterlooville and Widley.
The group produces three newsletters a year, circulated to all local members with the Hampshire Wildlife Trust magazine and Wildlife Diary and is also available in local libraries or from committee members.
