Blendworth Brass Band

• We rehearse at the Blendworth Church Centre, Blendworth Lane at 19.30 on Thursdays more or less throughout the year.
• There's no audition: you can come along for a few weeks and see how it goes.
• We pride ourselves on our friendly, relaxed yet purposeful atmosphere.
• There is a weekly rehearsal fee of £1.50.
• Uniform jackets and band ties are provided.
• We don't participate in national contests but do compete in local, own choice, music festivals and have won a number of awards.
• We encourage the social side by running regular band social events.
• We are available to play at local events.
• We have a huge library of good quality music : from popular hits of today and yesterday, through light and classical up to and including championship standard pieces, so we can provide a programme for all occasions.
